IMPORTANT! When Lenovo Barebones laptops are replaced, the defective unit needs to be shipped back in the supplied box with the supplied FEDEX return paperwork.
This paperwork is included in the box with the new laptop and has FEDEX-PREPAID Return paperwork.
- Take the broken laptop and shipping box from new laptop with you after doing the repair.
- Take a photo of the broken laptop to include the serial# before packing in the box
- Carefully pack the laptop in the same manner the new laptop was packed.
- Remove the FEDEX paperwork from the box before sealing the box with tape.
- Schedule a FEDEX pickup by going to the website FEDEX.COM or calling on the phone.

- Place the paperwork on top of the box. It will be handed to the FEDEX deliveryman. He will have a plastic pouch to tape the forms.
